Bulk production should only begin after the required product and customization details have been approved.
05 · Order Confirmation & Deposit
Before production begins, the final commercial and product requirements should be confirmed in writing.
06 · Bulk Production
Production is arranged according to the approved sample, confirmed materials and final order specifications.
What should I send for the first inquiry?
Send your product category, reference images or links, quantity, target market and branding requirements. More detailed information can be reviewed as the project develops.
When do I receive a quotation?
A quotation is prepared after the product, quantity and main customization requirements are reviewed.
Do I need to approve a sample before production?
Sample approval is normally recommended for private label and custom development projects before bulk production.
When does the 7–15 working day production period begin?
Standard production timing begins after the required sample approval, material confirmation and deposit.
Can I change the product after production starts?
Changes after production begins may not always be possible and can affect cost, materials and delivery timing.
How do you check product quality?
Inspection points depend on the product and confirmed order requirements, including workmanship, measurements, components, branding and packaging where applicable.
Do you arrange shipping?
Shipping options can be discussed according to destination, order volume and delivery requirements.
What happens when I reorder?
Previously confirmed product specifications can be used as the starting reference, subject to current material and component availability.
